QUIZZES:

• STEP 1 : Click on the “Quizzes” from left navigation, you will now visit a “Quizzes” page (Quizzes)

• STEP 2: Now in the main home page from the left navigation you can get a direct button called “QUIZZES”, So now directly the quizzes dashboard will open.

• STEP 3 : So on the left, you can see all the lean tools along with the number of questions and the percentage you got after attending the quiz.

• STEP 4 : So now you can click on any of the lean tools so you will get the questions on the right (for eg. as you can see here I have selected A3 Project report so I am getting 10 questions here)

• STEP 5 : Here you have to answer one by one, once you are done answering one question you can click on next, so the second question will appear.

• STEP 6 : So after completing all the questions automatically the percentage will generate on your screen, you can “RETAKE” the quiz again if you want.

• STEP 7: Now you can see on the right upper navigation there is a button called “ACTION”, There are three buttons “HISTORY”, “RESET”, “RESET FOR EVERYONE”

• STEP 8: Now when you are clicking on HISTORY, and you will get the full history of the taken quizzes,

Name, The member who actually took the quiz

Tool name, for which tool is taken

Correct, number of correct answers

Incorrect, number of incorrect answers

Score, score generated against the quiz

Date, the day you have taken the quiz

Search, Here you will get all the above information about the quizzes you have attended, so you can search from here

Because here I have completed only one quiz, so you can see  the history of that particular quiz.

• STEP 9: The second button is RESET, so you can reset all the quiz results you have attended before. Here you can only RESET your quiz results.

• STEP 10: And the last button is RESET FOR EVERYONE, here you can reset everyone’s quiz results. But it’s only visible for Admin.
